(6) 30-Minute Personal Training Sessions

Prior to beginning Group CrossFit classes at Jubilee Fitness, new members are required to take our Foundations course.

We require all new CrossFitters, seasoned athletes and soccer moms alike, to run through the Foundations program.



Jubilee Foundations

1. Prepares you to enter our group classes.
2. You will be introduced first to technique and mechanics, then intensity.
3. Gives our coaches an opportunity to address any injuries or movement concerns before moving into classes.


If you are already familiar with CrossFit methodologies and have trained in another affiliated location, you may be eligible for CrossFit Jubilee’s Test-Out option. We offer a 15-minute private session with one of our trainers to review your fitness level and knowledge of CrossFit foundational movements. If you are able to demonstrate competency in CrossFit movements, you may wish to consider this Test-Out opportunity.
