Jubilee Prep Course

Individuals who start with one-on-one training have a much higher rate of long-term success in any fitness program.

With that in mind, you’ll begin your fitness journey here with three 1-hour personal training sessions designed to:

  • Help you build confidence in safe movement and mechanics
  • Build a relationship of mutual trust and respect with your trainer
  • Address any injury or movement concerns in a private setting

Upon successful completion of the Jubilee Prep Course, you may continue with personal training and/or enter Group CrossFit Classes.

Your First 12 Weeks Lay the Foundation for a Successful Fitness Journey!


If you are already familiar with CrossFit methodologies and have trained in another affiliated location, you may be eligible for CrossFit Jubilee’s Test-Out option. We offer a 15-minute private session with one of our trainers to review your fitness level and knowledge of CrossFit foundational movements. If you are able to demonstrate competency in CrossFit movements, you may wish to consider this Test-Out opportunity.
