re·gat·ta: (noun) a sporting event consisting of a series of boat or yacht races.
In our 45 minute REGATTA class, you and your classmates (aka teammates) will rotate through high-intensity cardio intervals on the rower and low-impact functional and core movements off the rower. This powerful combination provides a total body workout, helping you:
